Spotless place with cool view on a garden full of palm trees. Big bed and new-fashioned and modest rooms. Particularly good location in beautiful area, just off several restaurants, the train station, and Negombo Beach and the main strip of shops/restaurants. Besides, excellent for visiting Dutch Clock Tower.

20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located happy to pick us up from the airport.

I booked a double room with a comfortable bed and a balcony, as example. The location was good, near to pubs and bars. There were restaurants and local restaurants with plenty of food.

The breakfast includes good food like coffee, toast, jam, and fruit. The location is super central, really close to ocean, beach and market and Very close to many restaurants. I truly enjoyed excellent friendly personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay.

The rooms were air conditioned & neat. The location was quiet and ideal and the beach was a few metres away from the hotel. You could walk to a market and shops.

Perfect hotel, unique base for 1 night in Negombo. Very, very nice staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Good and unbeatable location, modest double room with the WiFi, balcony, as example. Free parking on site provided. Everything good. Great restaurant, for dinner.

Not very helpful staff!

The room was a nice size and brand-new and it had a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower, that's cool. Super central location was a plus. The service was very good, I had 2 fantastic nights here. All of the staff were brilliantly helpful, top-class.

Peaceful and perfect location not very far from Kite Centre Negombo. A lot of restaurants and cafés around the hotel. Not far from a bus station to get everywhere quickly.

Comfy and peaceful location in an area were you have to walk like 500 m until you get to the touristic area made it easy to get to key attractions. The staff was exceptionally helpful and top-class, offered excellent services. The food was savoury with good choice of options.
